Responsibilities
### Project Manager (Streams)
- Launch and control streams in real-time.
- Quickly resolve technical issues: if the video freezes, sound is lost, or restrictions arise.
- Work with video materials.
- Post content and clips from past streams for TikTok.
- Monitor streamers (technical part).
### Media Buyer Fb/Google
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns.
- Create funnels with native warming.
- Scale working connections.
- Conduct A/B tests, analytics, and search for new approaches.
- Control budget and track key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI).
- Interact with the creative team.
### Actor (from Africa)
- Shoot short videos and reels for Telegram.
- Explain concepts simply and clearly.
- Participate in filming scenes that showcase the freedom and benefits of earning in the digital space.
Requirements
### Project Manager (Streams)
- Own a PC/laptop with a good graphics card (for quick editing).
- Understanding of TT and TikTok Live algorithms.
- Basic proficiency in video editors: CapCut, Premiere Rush, Davinci Resolve, or any other — able to cut, glue, speed up, and add text.
- Understanding of codecs, bitrate, resolutions (1080p, 60fps), and the impact of the internet on stream quality.
- Ability to quickly 'revive' a stream during technical failures.
- Basic knowledge of audio processing (to make the voice sound like a blogger's, not like from a barrel).
### Media Buyer Fb/Google
- Similar experience with Facebook Ads/Google for at least 1 year in binary options or Forex verticals.
- Experience with Forex and binary options.
- Experience working with MENA or Africa is mandatory.
- Understanding of investment product features and content nuances.
- Experience with different geos, especially Tier1.
- Knowledge of Dolphin, Keitaro, proxies.
### Actor (from Africa)
- Good communication skills and charisma in front of the camera.
- Interest in the topic (not necessarily an expert!).
- Fluent in English.
