Responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of delivering Swisstronik Money’s core infrastructure and the RWA tokenization suite. - Own end-to-end delivery roadmap - Coordinate distributed teams - Manage integration timelines - Run architecture alignment sessions - Track development and audit timelines - Manage key integration milestones - Identify blockers and escalate decisions - Maintain clear documentation - Provide progress reports to leadership
Requirements
Candidates must have strong project management skills and experience in blockchain or fintech. - Fluent English (written and spoken) - 3+ years of project management experience - Understanding of smart contract development lifecycle - Familiarity with DeFi/CeFi concepts - Experience coordinating distributed teams - Ability to read architecture diagrams - Comfort with compliance workflows - Excellent written communication skills - Nice to have: Fireblocks, Gnosis Safe, or Sumsub experience - Understanding of ISO 20022 payment standards - Familiarity with EVM-based chains and Cosmos SDK - Experience managing smart contract audits
