Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Set up and launch promo campaigns — tournaments, bonuses, lotteries, gamification mechanics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (CRM, design, content, product)
- Write clear technical briefs and control their execution end-to-end
- QA campaign materials (texts, visuals, T&Cs) and verify settings before release
- Monitor live campaigns, report on results, and optimise processes using AI tools
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Experience with iGaming promo campaigns (tournaments, bonuses, gamification)
- Understanding of bonus logic and casino mechanics
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, structured brief-writing
- Basic understanding of key metrics: retention, engagement, GGR/NGR
- Bonus: multi-step campaign experience or interest in automation & AI tools
