Join CGA as our Public Relations and Content Manager: shape the narrative, build media relationships, and help ambitious families find their way to world-class online education.
Responsibilities
- Write thought leadership pieces, press releases, op-eds, and feature pitches for target publications.
- Develop and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice across all channels.
- Build and manage relationships with journalists, podcasters, and industry influencers.
- Identify and respond to timely media opportunities, positioning CGA leadership as experts in online education.
- Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, case studies, landing page copy, and social media content.
- Manage a content calendar aligned with enrolment cycles, product launches, and key school moments.
- Work with the academic and student experience teams to surface student success stories and testimonials.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all written communications.
- Support internal communications including parent newsletters and community updates.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to keep messaging aligned across all channels.
Requirements
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio spanning PR, long-form, and digital copy.
- Experience securing earned media coverage in reputable publications.
- A strong understanding of how to tailor messaging for different audiences (parents, students, media, partners).
- Experience in education, EdTech, or a mission-driven organisation (desirable but not essential).
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for education and student outcomes.
