### Expectations from the Candidate
- Experience in creating applications and developing APIs in Python using web frameworks (FastAPI / Aiohttp or another asynchronous framework)
- Experience working with databases at least through ORM or SQLAlchemy (proficient in SQL, indexing, query optimization for senior positions)
- Willingness to work in a team, participate in architecture design, and propose improvements to solutions and processes.
