## Responsibilities: - Perform manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple products and systems. - Design, build, and maintain automated tests and quality tooling using Python and modern testing frameworks. - Validate functionality across web applications, APIs, backend services, blockchain infrastructure, and protocol-level features. - Investigate issues across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and distributed systems. - Analyze logs, metrics, network traffic, and system behavior to identify root causes and quality risks. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. - Contribute to release validation, test strategy, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. - Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate testing, automation, investigation, and overall quality engineering productivity. - Support new products, features, and initiatives as business priorities evolve. - Assist with production investigations, incident analysis, and post-release validation when needed. - Proactively identify quality gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve product reliability and testing coverage.

## Who you are: - Experience testing blockchain protocols, Layer 1 networks, validators, nodes, wallets, smart contract integrations, or Web3 applications. - Experience testing trading platforms, exchanges, financial systems, or other complex distributed applications. - Experience with both manual testing and test automation. - Proficiency in Python and experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks and tooling. - Experience with Playwright, Pytest, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or similar technologies. - Experience testing and debugging REST, gRPC, WebSocket, or other API-driven systems. - Familiarity with blockchain transactions, wallet integrations, blockchain explorers, and smart contract interactions. - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across multiple layers of the technology stack. - Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and domains with minimal guidance. - Comfortable contributing across different products, technologies, and layers of the stack rather than focusing on a single specialization. - Strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive investigations from problem discovery through resolution. - Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity while applying sound engineering judgment and common sense. - Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and challenges.
