QA Engineer

Travelpayouts is a partner platform from the creators of Aviasales, specializing in monetizing travel traffic. We help travel bloggers and webmasters worldwide earn on their sites using affiliate tools from brands like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Viator, and more.

- Close collaboration with engineers on code writing and deployment to ensure quality and security of releases. - Identify blind spots in the current process and create a plan to address them (what can be automated, what needs manual checks). - Choose frameworks, write automated tests (E2E, API), and integrate them into our CI/CD (GitHub Actions) with the infrastructure team. - Build a regression testing system to accumulate knowledge and corner cases in one place. - Test our tools under different browsers, geolocations, and custom partner settings.

- 5+ years of QA experience with a focus on automation, ideally having built processes from scratch or being the sole QA in a product. - Proficient in Playwright (preferred), Cypress, or Selenium for writing automated tests. - Deep understanding of modern browser workings (Shadow DOM, iframe, CORS). - Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript is a significant advantage. - Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and cloud infrastructure (we use AWS). - Ability to balance technology and speed, with a goal to move quickly!
