Job description
We are actively looking for a QA Engineer (Senior/Lead) to join our development team at NINSAR.
Responsibilities
- Communicate business requirements to the team and develop the QA team;
- Manage the effectiveness of the testing process;
- Develop and implement testing documentation (test cases, checklists);
- Interact with the development team and participate in preparing game updates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- 6 years of testing experience in Gamedev (midcore/hardcore projects);
- Strong technical expertise and experience in developing the technical aspect of the direction: building and improving testing approaches, influencing product quality and stability;
- Understanding of the software development process and the role of testing in it;
- Understanding of client-server architecture;
- High communication and analytical skills, proactivity, and systematic approach.
