Job description
WATT Studio is looking for an experienced and engaged QA Lead. If you can not only find bugs but also organize team work, influence product quality, and improve processes, we are waiting for your response.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating testing processes - Managing the QA team: task distribution, mentoring, and development of specialists - Improving testing processes - Testing game projects - Finding, describing, and tracking bugs in the bug tracking system - Checking new features and content - Preparing test documentation: test cases, checklists, test plans - Interacting with the cross-functional team - Risk analysis and participation in release planning
Requirements
- Experience as a QA Engineer / QA Lead on commercial projects (GameDev) - Understanding of the full game development cycle - Confident knowledge of testing theory and practice - Experience in team management or coordination of QA processes - Ability to build processes and systematically approach quality - Skills in maintaining test documentation - Independence, initiative, and a high level of responsibility - Attention to detail and understanding of game mechanics - Good communication skills - A plus: experience with Unreal Engine
