Job description
Bulberry Studio is looking for a QA Lead specialist to manage the quality direction of the mobile game project Wargard, a tactical game about ancient armies.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership and development of end-to-end QA functions. - Study and integrate existing services, analytics, and backend processes into QA. - Design, implement, and support test strategies, test cases, and test plans. - Build and improve QA pipelines, including automation and outsourcing. - Work closely with development and product teams to ensure high quality. - Quality control of releases and responsibility for release management processes. - Early risk identification and improvement of stability, performance, and user experience.
Requirements
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to independently lead QA direction. - Engineering background or strong technical understanding (client-server systems, API, production process, live-service products). - Experience with QA processes, test design, and test automation for mobile games (Unity), release management in live products. - Ability to work with data, logs, and debugging tools, CI/CD pipelines. - Strong interest in AI tools and readiness to actively implement them in QA processes. - Passion for strategy games is a huge plus.
