Responsibilities
- Own the location-signal platform end to end.
- Define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and enforcement rules.
- Scale field staff check-ins with AI gating and escalation flows.
- Integrate mystery audits and survey signals into a unified quality score.
- Build dashboards and anomaly-detection logic with Data Engineering.
- Partner with T&S on investigations and pattern detection.
- Establish predictable coaching, penalties, and incentives.
- Drive adoption of mandatory weekly submissions across all locations.
Requirements
- 10 years in quality, compliance, field operations, or marketplace operations.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with ambiguous data.
- Experience designing and enforcing operational standards.
- Strong cross-functional communicator.
- Comfortable working with Product and Data teams.
- Direct, structured, practical, and unfazed by field variability.
Conditions
- Salary range: $212,500 - $250,000, plus a competitive long-term incentive package.
