### Job Responsibilities - Manage resources to fulfill trading operations and tasks efficiently. - Monitor and report daily market sentiment, risk exposures, profit & loss, and other key metrics. - Perform post-trade analysis to improve trading strategies and algorithmic performance. - Collaborate with trading developers to enhance pricing, trading, and booking logic.

### Job Requirements - Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline from a top global university. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in systematic or electronic trading environments. - Proficient in Python, C++, or Java, with a strong interest in further developing technical skills. - Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to boost work output. - Exceptional analytical skills with acute attention to detail. - Proven capability to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations.
