Responsibilities
### What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage systematic trading strategies and manual trade execution.
- Follow daily market sentiment, continuous monitor risk exposure and P&L.
- Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategy's performance.
- Work with developers to build and drive the continual improvement of world-class risk management and trading tools.
Requirements
### What We Look For In You
- Degree in a relevant area (Mathematics/Physics/Engineering/Computer Science/Finance) from a top university.
- Experience in systematic trading in crypto or traditional FX markets is preferred.
- Experience in cryptocurrency products is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make rational decisions under pressure.
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
