Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer management - Search for candidates through various sourcing tools and channels - Engage in headhunting specialists in different countries - Maintain communication with candidates at all stages of hiring - Manage hiring pipelines in BambooHR ATS - Conduct CV screening, organize and conduct interviews - Ensure a structured interview process and timely feedback - Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements - Conduct recruitment training for interviewers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment - Experience with the full recruitment lifecycle - Knowledge of sourcing and headhunting techniques - Understanding of the IT market and technical terminology - Experience in recruiting various IT roles and willingness to work with non-IT areas - Experience interacting with hiring managers - Upper-Intermediate English or higher - Excellent communication skills and a high level of self-organization - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
