Job description
IGAMINGHUNT is an international consulting company specializing in recruitment for the iGaming and other high-risk industries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the full recruitment cycle
- Screen resumes and interview candidates
- Search for specialists in iGaming and IT
- Support candidates at all stages of hiring
- Assess candidates' professional and cultural fit
- Develop and implement new talent search strategies
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in iGaming or IT
- Understanding of the iGaming industry specifics
- Knowledge of modern recruitment methods and interview techniques
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- English language at Upper-Intermediate level
- Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian
Conditions
- Fixed salary + bonus system
- 7-hour workday or 3 additional days off per month
