Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close top tier Web3 talent globally.
- Run personalized outbound campaigns to passive talent.
- Build and maintain pipelines across multiple open roles.
- Work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements.
- Act as a candidate’s first point of contact.
- Track sourcing metrics and iterate based on results.
- Coordinate recruiting activities including scheduling.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting within a web3 startup.
- Deep understanding of the Web3 talent market.
- Strong research and outreach skills.
