- Identify, engage, and close top tier Web3 talent globally. - Run personalized outbound campaigns to passive talent. - Build and maintain pipelines across multiple open roles. - Work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements. - Act as a candidate’s first point of contact. - Track sourcing metrics and iterate based on results. - Coordinate recruiting activities including scheduling.

- Experience recruiting within a web3 startup. - Deep understanding of the Web3 talent market. - Strong research and outreach skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - History of building relationships with hiring managers. - Passion for crypto and its impact on finance. - Resourceful and proactive. - Experience working independently in a hybrid environment. - Comfortable using sourcing tools.
