- Search for candidates through Telegram channels, hh, LinkedIn, and closed chats;
- Initial screening of candidates;
- Organizing interviews with clients, owners, and team leads;
- Preparing offers and supporting candidates until they start;
- Maintaining a candidate database and reporting on closed vacancies.
Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting;
- Experience in hiring within the niche is an advantage;
- Skill in initial candidate assessment based on metrics (GEO, vertical, budget, management);
- Ability to handle objections and lead candidates to offers;
