Responsibilities
- Independently manage the full recruitment cycle (from sourcing to offer)
- Actively search for candidates and build relevant pipelines
- Conduct initial interviews and assess experience and motivation
- Communicate with clients and candidates in English and Russian
- Present vacancies and companies to candidates
- Develop and improve sourcing strategies (including automation)
- Maintain structured tracking of candidates and processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Fluent Russian and strong English
- Strong sourcing and pipeline building skills
- Commercial mindset and ability to 'sell' vacancies
- Experience in fintech or tech is a big plus
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work quickly without losing quality
