Recruiting Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

- Coordinate a broad range of phone, video, and onsite interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates - Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication - Support 3+ recruiters in scheduling recruiting activities across global offices - Proactively find opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones - Book candidate travel and manage expenses - Spearhead candidate experience initiatives (i.e. swag programs) - Support Recruiting Operations programs

- 2+ years in recruiting or talent coordination - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing their work time efficiently - Passion for candidate experience and finding ways to improve and better the experience - Bonus: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment - Bonus: Experience using Greenhouse.io - Bonus: Experience using GoodTime
