- Build recruitment processes and scalable workflows
- Work with KPIs and improve hiring performance
- Independently close key and complex roles
- Interact with stakeholders and clients
- Develop onboarding and training processes for recruiters
- Scale the recruitment function
Requirements
### Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in scaling teams and managing remote recruiters
- Process-driven mindset and results-oriented
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Proactivity, structure, and strong communication skills
- Experience in iGaming or high-risk industries is a plus
- Agency background is a plus
