Job description
A company in the iGaming and high-risk industries is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to develop recruitment functions, scale the team, and build effective hiring processes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
### Requirements - 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment - 2+ years of experience in a leadership role - Experience in scaling teams and managing remote recruiters - Process-driven mindset and results-oriented - Fluent in English and Russian - Proactivity, structure, and strong communication skills - Experience in iGaming or high-risk industries is a plus - Agency background is a plus
