The vacancy is well-defined but lacks clarity on compensation and technical tools.
Job description
We are an AI-native healthcare startup targeting the UK market. We are building a proactive healthcare system through WhatsApp. Our product is operational with paying users.
Responsibilities
• Participate daily in discussions in health/wellness subreddits in English — provide value, answer questions, share experiences
• Maintain a tone of voice that reflects a real community member, not a brand or marketer
• Understand basic health concepts and reference NICE/NHS/clinical guidelines naturally
• Recognize the line between helpful comments and spam — and never cross it
• Track metrics: which topics and formats drive traffic, what converts, what does not
Requirements
• Write in English fluently and naturally — like a native or very close to it
• Understand Reddit culture: what gets upvoted, what gets downvoted, the difference between r/AskDocs and r/HealthAnxiety
• Know how to work on Reddit not just for reach but for customer acquisition
• Write convincingly in the first person — personal stories, opinions, advice, without the feeling of 'this was written by a bot'
• Have an interest in health and prevention topics — not necessarily a medic, but familiar with the subject
• Use AI tools for research and preparation — but the final text must always be human
Conditions
• Remote work, format of cooperation is negotiable — full-time, project work, or hybrid
• Salary is discussed individually with the candidate
• Content in English, team communication in Russian
