Responsibilities
- Generate ideas and scripts for Reels
- Develop concepts and visual solutions for short videos
- Organize remote shoots and assist with filming
- Full production cycle: editing, color correction, sound, subtitles, graphics
- Prepare and publish content (texts, hashtags, timing)
- Publish 4-7 Reels per week on Instagram
- Analyze metrics and optimize content
- Participate in meetings and maintain reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Reels Maker/Videographer
- Experience creating social media content
- Proficiency in editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
- Skills in color correction, sound, subtitles, and visual effects
- Understanding of Instagram Reels algorithms and video trends
- Ability to analyze metrics and adapt content
- Knowledge of storytelling, viral content structure, and hooks
