Job description
PrimeXBT is a multi-asset crypto and CFD trading platform. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing roadmap and work closely with various teams to enhance brand presence and drive trader acquisition.
Responsibilities
### Key responsibilities
- **Strategic planning & localisation:**
- Own the annual IPBS marketing roadmap, aligned to global KPIs for acquisition, FTD and retention.
- Run deep-dive market intelligence on local competitors, pricing models and trader behaviour to surface untapped segments.
- Localise creative, messaging, landing pages and promotional offers.
- **Go-to-market strategy:**
- Design and lead 360 regional campaigns spanning paid digital, organic, creator/KOL, PR, offline events and partner enablement.
- Build quarterly GTM plans with clear hypotheses, channel mix, budget allocation and success metrics.
- Partner with Product on regionally-relevant features, deposit methods and bonus mechanics.
- **Performance & growth marketing:**
- Lead regional acquisition and act as a link with our Paid Media team.
- Funnel optimisation: analyse the journey from first touch to second deposit and ship regional fixes.
- Design lifecycle campaigns, reactivation flows and bonus mechanics.
- Build co-marketing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box assets.
- **Agency & stakeholder management:**
- Manage external media agencies, PR firms, and creative shops.
- Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product and Sales.
- Brief, review and sign off all regional creative before it goes live.
- **Brand & offline presence:**
- Plan and execute regional participation in major expos and host VIP seminars.
- Manage relationships with regional financial portals and trading-focused media.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring all PR activity respects local advertising rules.
- **AI-augmented operating model:**
- Use AI tools as a force-multiplier for various marketing tasks.
Requirements
### What you'll bring
#### Must have
- 4–7 years in performance/brand marketing, with at least 2 years owning a region or country P&L.
- Deep familiarity with at least two IPBS markets; India is non-negotiable.
- Track record running paid acquisition at scale across various channels.
- Hands-on campaign craft: ability to write briefs and review creative.
- Working knowledge of crypto, forex, CFDs or another regulated financial vertical.
- Fluent English plus at least one of: Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil or Sinhala.
- Demonstrable AI-in-workflow examples.
#### Nice to have
- Existing relationships with IPBS trading KOLs or financial media.
- Experience working alongside an affiliate/IB programme.
- SEO, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or community-building experience.
- Experience navigating local advertising restrictions on crypto or leveraged products.
