Representative - Brokerage Operations Tax

• Support client inquiries and maintain accurate cost basis and gain/loss information on tax forms. • Process service request items and provide expertise to clients. • Improve client experience and drive efficiency. • Ensure accurate and timely cost basis data for customers. • Support production of US Inland Revenue Services tax forms.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. • 0-2 years’ experience in financial services/shared service model. • Strong customer service and analytical skills. • Self-motivated with a desire to learn. • Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and willingness to learn about IRS regulations.
