We are looking for a Retention Manager to work on player retention, loyalty programs, and engaging mechanics in an iGaming project.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Develop and launch retention campaigns;
- Work with player segmentation and behavior analysis;
- Calculate the economics of promotions and evaluate the effectiveness of activities;
- Launch A/B tests and validate hypotheses;
- Work with metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR;
- Analyze the market, competitors, and gaming mechanics.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in gambling / iGaming;
- Experience launching tournaments, missions, quests, lotteries, jackpots, or bonus mechanics;
- Understanding of gamification, progress, rewards, and gaming motivational cycles;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
