We are looking for a Retention Manager to build and develop our CRM and retention strategies from scratch, focusing on user communication and retention mechanics.
Responsibilities

- Conduct an audit of current user communications and CRM processes.
- Build CRM and retention direction practically from scratch.
- Develop a communication strategy for different user segments.
- Create and launch email, push, and other retention chains.
- Develop retention, reactivation, and user return mechanics.
- Work with audience segmentation and communication personalization.
- Analyze the effectiveness of CRM activities and identify growth points.
- In the future, form your own team and develop the direction as a separate function within the company.
Requirements

- Confident written and spoken English.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM Marketing / Retention Marketing.
- Experience in Poker, Casino, Betting, or other iGaming areas.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and email layout.
- Experience in independently building CRM processes and communication scenarios.
- Deep understanding of retention mechanics and user lifecycle.
- Practical experience in audience segmentation and communication personalization.
- Understanding of the technical side of CRM tools and processes.
- Ability to independently build processes and take responsibility for results.
