We are looking for a Retention Manager to enhance push communications and improve player retention strategies in the iGaming sector.
Responsibilities
• Set up and improve push communications
• Build retention and re-engagement scenarios for players
• Identify growth points for repeat deposits and player activity
• Work with texts, offers, and triggers for pushes
• Adapt communication for different GEOs and audience types
Requirements
• Background in iGaming / Binary
• Experience in retention, push direction, and traffic handling
• Understanding of the player lifecycle
• Experience in creating content for schematic traffic
• Knowledge of PWA and/or mobile applications specifics
• Understanding of the LATAM audience and approaches to handling it
