- CRM communications: push / SMS / email / in-app
- Work with bonuses and VIP mechanics
- Segmentation, A/B testing, analytics
- Grow key metrics: Retention, LTV, ARPU
Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Retention / CRM
- Mandatory experience in iGaming with African regions (focus on Kenya and Tanzania)
- Analytical approach, result-oriented
- English proficiency from B2
