We are looking for a Retention Manager to build and implement retention strategies for our online casino. This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Build retention strategy from scratch: player segmentation, lifecycle, loyalty program
- Develop and launch bonus mechanics, promotions, tournaments for different markets
- Manage VIP players directly: personal offers, feedback, retention
- Set up CRM communications (email, push) by segments and triggers
- Analyze churn, LTV, DAU/MAU and promptly suggest improvement measures
- Test hypotheses with the team and scale successful mechanics
- Participate in shaping product and marketing strategy
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in retention / CRM in iGaming for at least 2 years
- Understanding of player lifecycle, retention psychology, and bonus economics
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Ability to work with data: segmentation in Excel/SQL at a basic analyst level
- English / Spanish
- Willingness to build processes from scratch without ready-made instructions and a large team
