- At least 2 years of experience as a Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming.
- Experience with casino and/or betting products.
- Understanding of player lifecycle and retention mechanics.
- Experience in database segmentation and setting up automated CRM chains.
- Proficient in analytics and CRM metrics (Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, etc.).
- Skills in working with CRM platforms and automation tools.
- Independence, initiative, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in Russian.
### Preferred
- Experience with multiple GEOs.
- Experience launching bonus, VIP, and reactivation campaigns.
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
