Join Evapps as a Sales and Business Development Manager in Tula. Engage with clients, manage CRM, and participate in meetings to drive sales.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and write to potential clients (including cold contacts) to schedule initial meetings;
- Participate in client meetings with the company director, gradually taking on communication;
- Identify client needs and help select solutions for their tasks;
- Maintain correspondence with clients, keep in touch, and move deals through the pipeline;
- Work with CRM: record activity, update statuses, and manage the client database;
- Participate in relevant events and conferences with the team;
Requirements

- Desire to develop in sales and work with B2B clients;
- Willingness to work with cold client acquisition (calls and messages) — training and tools will be provided;
- Ability to listen and ask questions;
- Responsibility and attention to detail;

- Income: fixed salary of 60,000 RUB net + transparent bonuses for results after the probation period;
- Office work in Tula, possible business trips to Moscow;
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Schedule 5/2, 9:00–18:00, flexible lunch;
