- Support the sales team in managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups. - Act as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications. - Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients. - Maintain and update records in CRM systems, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions. - Conduct basic research on potential clients, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners. - Help coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. - 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Interest in blockchain, crypto, or emerging technologies.
