Responsibilities
• Initially work as a manager — make several personal sales to understand the product from the inside.
• Recruit a team of 5-9 people - document current business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recruit a team with HR.
• Set up processes: manage the department, train, and implement process adjustments (scripts, CRM, motivation).
• Lead the department to planned performance indicators.
Requirements
• We are not looking for perfect candidates. We seek strong, honest, and trainable individuals. Those who truly work, not just appear busy.
• Experience in B2B.
• Experience managing a remote team.
• Experience with high-value sales - from 1 million rubles (about 50 million/month).
• Experience with long sales cycles - about a year.
Conditions
• Income. In the first 2 months, income will depend on your personal results, then a fixed salary + high percentage of sales. No ceiling. Plus monthly and annual bonuses.
• Schedule. Mon-Fri, 8:00–17:00 MSK. Sat-Sun at home.
