Sales Department Head

Looking for a Sales Department Head with experience in integration and a strong client base. Responsibilities include team leadership and full-cycle sales of IT products.

### Responsibilities - Leading the sales team: control, evaluation, and increasing efficiency - Selling own and partner IT products: full cycle, including client base formation and identifying customer needs - Developing relationships with clients: conducting regular meetings, presentations of comprehensive services, including business trips - Full control of deals and projects - from identifying needs to shipments and payment collection

### Requirements - Experience in integration for at least 3 years - Own client base - Understanding of the IT market and key players, knowledge of domestic and foreign vendors - Confident negotiation and business correspondence skills - Soft skills: presentability, initiative, punctuality, and high self-organization (work planning, results analysis, and sales strategy adjustment)
