Responsibilities
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the sales team
• Achieving and exceeding department revenue plans
• Optimizing the sales funnel, working with conversion and scripts
• Developing sales strategies and quality control
Requirements
• Successful experience managing a sales department in fintech/Forex/binary
• Experience working with Latin America. Understanding of the specifics and language
• Proven cases of scaling departments (revenue growth, conversion, ticket size)
• Understanding of metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI) and systematic thinking
• Experience managing a remote team (coaching and leadership, not micromanagement)
