Job description

Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth through direct sales execution and outbound outreach. - Build and expand a strong pipeline by engaging distributors, MSPs, resellers, and system integrators. - Lead in closing deals and setting sales standards. - Recruit, coach, and work closely with a high-performing sales team. - Track customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English. - Proven track record in sales and business development within EMEA in the cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sectors. - Established relationships with key industry players. - Ability to mentor and inspire teams, focusing on achieving results. - Strong ownership mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.
