Responsibilities
- Serve as the product and technical subject matter expert.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Present compelling product and technical use cases.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into solutions.
- Own technical sales engagement end-to-end.
- Lead demo strategy and execution.
- Travel as needed to support sales activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Partner Engineering role.
- Strong technical background with APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
