Job description
We are a small team with offices in Cyprus and the UAE. Most team members are Russian-speaking.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle sales process (outreach is already set up, you focus on negotiations and closing deals);
- Research and enter new EU markets from scratch;
- Conduct market mapping of car rental companies, identify pain points, and build entry strategies through hypotheses, not templates;
- Sell solutions to business problems - speak the client's language: funnel growth, average check decline, collection efficiency;
- Shape processes - we're a startup with few regulations. You'll help define approaches to outreach, segmentation, and objection handling;
- Work with modern tools as a power user: Hubspot, Slack, Asana, AI tools to accelerate deal cycles and not lose enterprise clients in routine.
Requirements
- Full-cycle sales experience in the IT segment;
- At least 2 out of 3 industry backgrounds:
-> Car rental B2B / enterprise
-> Payments / Fintech
-> Rental (cars or real estate) + broker networks;
- Experience with Europe (EU) required. USA is a plus;
- Deep understanding of client pains: funnel growth, average check decline, collections;
- Self-driven and autonomous - you love market research;
- Tolerant of ambiguity - no rigid playbooks;
- Fluent spoken and written English — you can talk to the English.
