- Organize the work of the sales department group in the assigned region, ensuring sales plan and scaling goals are met;
- Manage the team, participate in recruitment, adaptation, development, and training of employees;
- Set goals and tasks, monitor their execution, regularly analyze group performance, and improve the sales funnel;
- Develop client development strategies;
- Conduct personal sales, participate in strategic negotiations with clients, agree on commercial terms, and monitor their execution;
- Build long-term relationships with clients, prevent risks, and help resolve complex situations;
- Participate in conferences and seminars.
Requirements

- Experience in real estate agencies, classifieds, or with developers;
- Knowledge of sales technologies and understanding of the sales funnel;
- Experience managing a team: building motivation systems, working with training and burnout prevention;
- Ability to establish operational work: set structure, goals, monitor execution and key performance indicators (number of calls, meetings, data accuracy);
