We are a creative marketing agency and indie publisher, Weloveplayers. For 12 years, we have been creating cool marketing campaigns in Russia, the CIS, and internationally. We also produce videos, from live actions to animations, and consult on marketing strategies and financing.

- Search for and bring clients who need our production and marketing services. Cold emails and messages will be your starting tools.
- Fill contact databases wisely: look for decision-makers not only in game development but also in any industries you are familiar with.
- Lead prospects to close deals, overcoming gatekeepers and objections. We teach this from scratch.
Requirements

- No sales experience needed, but you must have the drive and understanding that your income depends solely on you.
- Ability to express thoughts clearly and without errors in emails and messages. Text is your main weapon.
- Responsible, diligent, and enjoy seeing your results in numbers and money.
- Willing to learn, make 100 touches a day, and not give up after the 20th 'no'. Working with volume is essential.
- Do not expect to be led by the hand. Proactively suggest niches and ideas for sales. We provide support, but you deliver results.
- Huge plus if you know English or Chinese at least at a reading and writing level.
- A significant plus if you are interested in markets beyond gaming, such as cosmetics, fashion, music, technology, and startups. No restrictions—sell where you understand and are passionate.
