Job description
We are looking for a strong handler in an arbitration team with ready traffic and established infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming leads.
- Push leads to make their first deposit (FD).
- Engage through dialogue rather than scripts.
- Achieve conversion and volume targets.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in schematic traffic.
- Understanding of the FD funnel and lead behavior.
- Ability to quickly and effectively warm up and close leads.
- Stress resistance and perseverance.
Conditions
