Job description
DACCEL is a full-cycle agency that develops selling websites and digital solutions for businesses. From market analysis to developing complex websites/portals and implementing marketing strategies quickly and at reasonable prices.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Achieve sales plan and operational metrics - Actively search for new clients (main focus) - Initial qualification and identification of business tasks - Create personalized proposals with the project team - Conduct solution presentations - Negotiate, manage the sales funnel, and close deals - Participate in briefings/debriefings - Transfer clients to the project and provide initial support - Control payments - Work in CRM: record activities, statuses, analytics - Participate in events, forums, industry meetings - Market analysis, competitor analysis, find new growth points - Generate product hypotheses and insights for the team
Requirements
### Requirements - 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales - Understanding of digital, advertising, web development - Ability to negotiate at the decision-maker level - Result-oriented and client problem-solving - Ability to structure processes, maintain order in CRM and pipeline - Knowledge of handling objections, difficult clients, and long cycles - Understanding the value of marketing and development and how to sell it - Ability to close deals independently and maintain activity rhythm
