Responsibilities

- Achieve sales plan and operational metrics
- Actively search for new clients (main focus)
- Initial qualification and identification of business tasks
- Create personalized proposals with the project team
- Conduct solution presentations
- Negotiate, manage the sales funnel, and close deals
- Participate in briefings/debriefings
- Transfer clients to the project and provide initial support
- Control payments
- Work in CRM: record activities, statuses, analytics
- Participate in events, forums, industry meetings
- Market analysis, competitor analysis, find new growth points
- Generate product hypotheses and insights for the team
Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Understanding of digital, advertising, web development
- Ability to negotiate at the decision-maker level
