Job description
We are easy, working in the FinTech consulting niche in Tier-1 markets (Europe). We help clients solve legal issues with their crypto assets. We have a lot of warm traffic, a legal product, and we are currently building a great team in a new office in Kyiv.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate in English, primarily through messaging, but voice is your main tool for closing deals.
- Support clients from application to payment.
- Work in CRM (everything is organized, no chaos).
Requirements
- English at B2 level. We don't need a perfect accent, just your confidence and ability to persuade.
- At least one year of sales experience. Ideally from Crypto, FinTech, iGaming, or Nutra. If you understand the specifics of 'grey' niches, we will definitely work well together.
- Adequacy. We are looking for mature individuals who understand why they came to the office and can work towards their results without micromanagement.
- We can train candidates without experience, as long as you have the desire to learn.
Conditions
- Only incoming leads. No 'cold' calls or searching. There are many targeted leads waiting for your help.
- Income without a ceiling. Base salary + % from payments. On average, our team members earn from $1500, but it all depends on your skill in closing deals. Bonuses for targets are available.
- Office in the center. Located near Vokzalna metro station. We are just settling in, so there is no 'hazing' — we are building everything from scratch together.
- Schedule: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (according to European time zones). You can sleep in and commute without traffic.
