Job description
An international FinTech company with over 8 years of experience is looking for a strong Sales Manager to develop sales in the Russian market. The product is online acquiring for accepting payments via bank cards on websites and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
• Actively seek and attract new clients through cold sales / outbound;
• Reach out to decision-makers and conduct negotiations;
• Manage deals from the first contact to closure;
• Analyze client business and select suitable payment solutions;
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations;
• Maintain CRM and keep the client database up to date;
• Work with the digital segment: online games, VPN services, educational platforms, info products, and other online businesses.
Requirements
• Experience in B2B sales for at least 2 years;
• Mandatory experience in the Russian market;
• Ability to work with cold sales;
• Hunter approach: actively seeking and attracting new clients;
• Skill in reaching decision-makers and conducting negotiations;
• Experience in preparing proposals and presentations;
• Independence and results-oriented;
• Experience in fintech / acquiring / banking / payment solutions is a plus.
