Responsibilities

▫️Build and nurture relationships with exchanges, VCs, family offices, and other key players
▫️Manage your CRM, develop your partnership pipeline, and test new outreach approaches
▫️Attend leading fintech/blockchain conferences worldwide
Requirements
▪️Up to 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in web3/fintech
▫️Advanced/Fluent English (90% of our partners communicate in English)
▫️Strong understanding of crypto/web3: projects, trends, major players
▫️An existing network in the industry — you already know people who can become partners
▫️Self-motivated, organized, and able to solve problems quickly
