Job description
PGON is a safe way to withdraw crypto to a card without P2P and pay with crypto via SBP QR in Russia.
Responsibilities
• Sales via phone and video calls based on incoming requests, without cold calls. • Personal online consultations on trading, financial planning, and portfolio formation. • Attract clients to partner brokers. • Educate clients on financial markets through personal consultations and online courses.
Requirements
• Responsible specialists eager to develop in financial markets and build online client relationships. • Experience in selling brokerage services and products. • Experience in phone sales. • Preference for candidates with a higher economic education. • Special attention to candidates with fluent English or a personal client/partner base. • Include in your cover letter your country and city of work and what is most important for you in this job.
Conditions
• Fixed salary of $600 during the probation period, $1000 after. • 5/2 or 4/3 schedule options, full-time with flexible hours based on performance. • High commission from sales, total income from $2000, with no ceiling. Quarterly and annual bonuses available. • Remote work, assistance with relocation to Spain if needed. • Performance reviews at least once a year with salary and position review opportunities. • Corporate training on sales and products.
