Chrona Agency is an international recruitment agency inviting a Sales Manager / BDM.
Responsibilities
▪️ Active search and cold contacting of companies (HR directors, owners, CEOs)
▪️ Presentation of agency services (staffing, recruitment, outsourcing)
▪️ Conducting negotiations, handling objections, closing deals
▪️ Transferring 'warm' clients to recruiters for support
▪️ Achieving personal targets for new companies and turnover
Requirements
▪️ Experience in recruitment agencies — from 1 year (mandatory!)
▪️ Experience in B2B sales of staffing services (or related HR services)
▪️ Confident negotiation and online presentation skills (Zoom, Telegram, messengers)
▪️ Understanding of the sales funnel and ability to handle objections
▪️ English — from Intermediate and above (working with international companies)
▪️ Independence, responsibility, result-oriented
Conditions
▪️ Salary + progressive % from each signed client (up to 50–70% income — bonuses at start)
