Job description
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager in the crypto/fintech sector, open to both experienced professionals and candidates without sales experience who are ready to demonstrate their strong work approach.
Responsibilities
• Work with incoming and outgoing leads; • Engage in lead generation and search for new clients; • Attract B2B clients in the CIS and international markets; • Negotiate with business representatives and top managers of crypto/fintech companies; • Develop a client base and build long-term relationships with partners; • Work towards achieving KPIs and commercial indicators.
Requirements
• Confidently conduct business communication in Russian; • Understand the basics of B2B sales or be ready to quickly dive into the specifics; • Work towards results and focus on performance indicators; • Organize your work independently; • Be ready to complete a test task; • Ability to work on GMT+3 schedule.
Conditions
• Fully remote work format; • Schedule 5/2 from 11:00 to 19:00 (GMT+3); • Fixed payment of 50,000 ₽ + KPI; • Clear motivation and income growth system; • Payments in ₽ or USDT; • Opportunity to develop in the rapidly growing crypto/fintech sector.
