Job description
KraftMachine is a supplier of industrial equipment (screw compressors). We operate throughout Russia and the CIS. Direct supplies from our own production in China. Working with factories and a dealer network. Growing market (manufacturing enterprises, industry).
Responsibilities
- Selling screw compressors and industrial equipment - Working with B2B clients: factories, manufacturing enterprises, dealers across Russia - Active sales, database development, closing deals - Conducting negotiations (phone, online, in-person meetings) - Client visits and business trips (if necessary) - Preparing commercial proposals and supporting deals until payment - Developing long-term relationships with clients and dealers - Managing deals in CRM (Bitrix24)
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably equipment, services, complex deals) - Negotiation skills and deal closing - Willingness for cold calls and active work - Willingness for meetings and business trips - Ability to work in CRM
Conditions
- Salary + commission: 100,000 – 500,000₽ - Work format: Kazan (office)
