Responsibilities
• Active search and attraction of clients: cold sales 80%, current client management 20%. As the portfolio fills, the proportion will shift towards client management and development.
• Conduct negotiations with HRDs, CMOs, and heads of mass recruitment departments.
• Client qualification: identifying business tasks, budget, key stakeholders, and timelines.
• Full cycle deal management.
• Setting realistic expectations for clients.
• Retaining and developing current clients.
• Market analysis, tracking news and trends. Making independent decisions on which niche to pursue.
Requirements
• B2B sales experience of at least 2 years.
• Understanding of long sales cycles.
• Ability to discuss business results rather than just products.
• Skills in finding contacts, reaching decision-makers, and cold selling.
• Experience in Digital / IT / MarTech / HRTech is a plus, but soft skills are essential. Curiosity and willingness to become an expert in the Russian labor market are key.
